Restylane and Juvederm Injections

Restylane® and Juvederm® injectables are hyaluronic acid-based cosmetic dermal fillers that are safe, effective, and derived from non-animal sources. These fillers can restore volume and fullness to the skin, correct moderate to severe facial wrinkles and folds such as nasolabial folds {lines from your nose to your mouth}, and enhance the lips. The range of products available for treatment is diverse.

The injection procedure involves applying numbing cream to the target area and then using a fine needle to administer the Restylane® or Juvederm® product. The procedure takes approximately 15 to 30 minutes, depending on the number of areas to be treated, and is performed in-office. After treatment, patients may experience minimal redness or swelling and may return to work immediately with minimal cover-up required.

It's important to note that Restylane® and Juvederm® injections provide temporary results, lasting between 6 to 18 months. During your consultation with Dr. Rodriguez, she will help determine which Restylane® or Juvederm® product is best suited for your unique needs.
